Barbara Cantrell, a native of Northeast Georgia, has been associated with CENTURY 21 Poss Realty for fourteen years - first as a Sales Associate and for the past six years as an Associate Broker.  Barbara first became interested in real estate after she and her husband, David, developed a condo complex in Gainesville, GA where she was involved in all aspects of construction, sales and management.  After their youngest left for college in 1993, the Cantrells became full-time residents of Rabun County where they enjoy the lifestyle, the beauty of the area, outdoor activities, the friendly "locals" and where Barbara enjoys  her real estate career.

Barbara's hard work and dedication quickly put her on a fast tract in the CENTURY 21 System.  In 2000, 2003, 2004, 2006, 2007 and 2008 she was recognized as the # 1 Agent in Georgia for CENTURY 21 based on sales production and has been one of the top four Agents in the state for the past ten years.  Her professionalism is a benchmark in the industry.  Barbara's peers named her the "Realtor of the Year" in Rabun County for 2002.  She is very involved in the CENTURY 21 Easter Seals fund raising projects and the local March of Dimes as well as other community activities.  She enjoys attending Clayton Baptist Church, gardening, reading, traveling and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
